"PARTNERS IN CRAFT" SEMINARS AT THE FRANK BROWN FESTIVAL ARE A GREAT SUCCESS
The Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival, held for the past 25 years on the Florida/Alabama border, this year hosted a seminar series called Partners in Craft, co-sponsored by Middle Tennessee State University and ASCAP. The seminars were held at the Island House Inn Hotel in Orange Beach, Alabama and featured workshops and seminars on songwriting and various music business and technology topics.
RMG's John Haring was asked to participate and give his popular seminar entitled Web Marketing for Musicians. Other presenters included MTSU Recording Industry Department Chairman, Chris Haseleu, MTSU professors Stephanie Taylor and Hal Newman and ASCAP's John Briggs. ASCAP songwriters Eric Pasley and Shawn Mayer also participated in the songwriter portion of the event. To cap off the event, the group participated in a panel discussion on The Future of the Music Business.
John Haring is available to give his web marketing talk as well as seminars on many other topics at any event around the country. Click here to visit our ProMusicU page for more information.
